A Plus Tree and TreeStuff have partnered together to bring you a unique tree event: A festival-style tree experience for the whole family! It merges education, fun, games family & entertainment into one giant 2-day event for all to enjoy.

Our goal is to gather the whole tree community together and we’d love for you to be a part of it. Please read through the options and feel free to reach out and contact us if you have any questions.

Booth fees are waived for non-profit organizations!

Outdoor Booth Option

STANDARD FEE – $850

• Includes: 6′ ft table & 2 chairs
• Company name and logo listed on the Treetopia website
• 4 complimentary tickets for booth staff
• DOES NOT INCLUDE TENT. We can provide a 10×10 pop-up for an additional $150.
• WE WILL NOT SUPPLY ELECTRICITY.
• We encourage you to get creative with demos or games.
• We aren’t strict with space. Just be respectful and make it fun!

Each attendee will receive a “Welcome” bag at registration. We would love it to be stuffed full of stuff.

Booth Zone Set-up & Locations

• There will be several areas for vendors to set-up. This year it will be first come, first serve. Get it where you fit in!
• Set-up days and times: Wed-Thursday, Aug 14-15, 8am-5pm.
• Breakdown: Sat, Aug 17th after 4pm & Sunday 18th all day. If you need to breakdown sooner, no worries, we won’t yell at you.

NOTE: You are responsible for your own shipping labels & scheduling pick-up from our warehouse. 

Overnight

The park is open and is not fenced in. We will be providing overnight security from Wednesday through Sunday. We encourage you to take or hide any valuables if leaving overnight. Exhibitors are responsible for their own general liability insurance and responsible for anything stolen or damaged.
